These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, lease, or service of electric vehicles, parts, accessories, and related services (“Products/Services”) from SPJA OUM PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with our dealership—whether in person, via phone, or online—you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a binding purchase or lease agreement.
You must provide valid identification and any required documentation for transactions.
- Vehicle Sales & Delivery
Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes, registration fees, and charges.
Quotation Validity: Any price quote is valid for the period specified in writing.
Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and may change due to manufacturer, supply chain, or regulatory delays.
Ownership Transfer: Vehicle ownership is transferred only upon full payment and completion of statutory formalities.
- Payment Terms
Accepted Methods: Cash, bank transfer, demand draft, credit/debit card, or approved financing partners.
Advance Payments: Non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Default: Failure to make payment as agreed may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of deposits.
- Financing & Loan Assistance
Financing options may be facilitated through third-party lenders.
Approval is solely at the lender’s discretion, and the Company is not responsible for loan rejections or changes in terms.
- Warranties & After-Sales Service
Manufacturer Warranty: Applies as per the vehicle manufacturer’s standard terms.
Dealership Warranty: Where applicable, we provide limited coverage for specific components or services, as stated in writing.
Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
- Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Vehicles once registered in the customer’s name cannot be returned.
Order cancellations before registration may incur administrative charges.
Refund processing timelines depend on the payment method and banking procedures.
- Liability Limitation
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of use, revenue, or goodwill, arising from purchase, use, or inability to use the vehicle, except where prohibited by law.
- Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Operate the vehicle in compliance with applicable laws.
Maintain the vehicle as per manufacturer recommendations.
Report defects promptly for warranty claims.
- Intellectual Property
All dealership marketing materials, website content, and branding are the property of SPJA OUM PRIVATE LIMITED and may not be reproduced without permission.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cuttack, Odisha.
- Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at our dealership premises and/or website.
